Product details: - they’re produced out of ABS - the set consists of 2 elements: right one and left one - the items are accessible in 3 surface finish options: carbon, gloss, or textured - they’re topped with a UV-repelling coating - they are marked with stickers for quality confirmation - they don’t have to be painted (If you decide to paint your product you have to lay a primer layer before applying the paint job)
The making of splitters is a procedure of significant complexity. The process is finalized with manual processing and addition of finishing touches. Moreover, the flair control that each and every of our parts are subject to allows us to ensure that any suboptimal equipment if prevented from being shipped to our customers.
The material used in the manufacturing of our tuning – ABS – was created to be applied mainly in the automotive industry. It sees a common usage as far as the production of factory bumpers and various elements of vehicle coachwork which are required to be durable and flexible at the same time. The affirmation of the material’s grade is the TUV certificate that it has been given, and the majority of the items made of it is TUV TAILEGUTACHTEN/ABE certified, as well.
